The highlights and shadows on the subject seem inconsistent. It's hard to tell, but it looks like the knife is held backwards in the girl’s hands and is therefore positioned behind the girl. There's a bright glare coming off the tip of the knife and the girl's shadow falls in front of her, so I would think the major light source for the highlights on the subject should be coming from behind as well. That's why it kind of plays tricks on my eyes when I see a seemingly strong light source placing highlights on the front of her dress, on her face, in her hair, and on her right arm. I think it would help if you changed the direction in which the girl's shadow fell to correspond with the major light source, which seems to be some kind of ambient light out of picture and not the gleaning knife.

I also think you should consider toning down the brightness of the glare on the knife. The glare itself is fine, but the way the knife slowly gets brighter towards the tip makes the glare seem less like a glare and more like a light bulb. I think glares should be tiny but intense spots of light that don't cast light on anything else around them, because they are really only seen by the eye and the camera. If you want to make the knife look metallic, you need to add sharp contrasting strips of light instead of a gradual increasing brightness like you have now.

Her left hand is another thing that needs attention. It looks muffled and indistinct. That's why it's hard for me to determine if she is holding the knife in front of her or behind.

Those three things are relatively small critiques, because overall, I really like this piece. Everything adds to the creepy effect: the ambient red light, the red background, the expressionless face, the plain school clothes, the plain hair, the nonchalant posture, and of course her bleeding eye sockets. And I’m glad you didn’t go for the cheesy “dripping-blood-on-the-knife” effect. In fact, I find it impressive that this piece required almost no blood and gore at all (except for a little blood in the eye sockets and on the eyes) and still succeeds in giving off a creepy feel. Great work here.
